Supply and Delivery of a Liquid Odor Control Product

The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority, Princeton, New Jersey (the "Authority"), is requesting sealed bids for the Supply and Delivery of a Liquid Odor Control Product. The contract will run from March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024, for a one-year contract, or through February 28, 2025, if a two-year contract is awarded. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, and Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L.1975, C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law.
