| Description | Purpose of selecting an Energy Service Company (“ESCo”) to develop and implement a comprehensive Energy Conservation and Modernization [program for the existing buildings and other facilities at the County. The program targets to increase the efficiency of the County and reduce its operating costs through: 1. Reduction of energy consumption of existing operating systems like HVAC, Lighting, Optimizing Automated Controls, Retrocomissioning, Water Conservation, and Building Envelope. 2. Improve Air Quality and air filtration with Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization 3. Evaluate and implement renewable energy opportunities. |
