Hampton Park Roof

Awarded to ACR Commerical Roofing, in the amount of $149,409 The Forsyth County Public Library is accepting bids for materials, equipment and labor to repair and replace the roof at the Hampton Park Library located at 5345 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30041. No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or other bid documents will be made orally. Every request for such interpretations must be sent in writing to Tonya Wallace at wallacet@forsythpl.org, to be given consideration, must be received by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 1, 2022. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written Addenda to the Specifications which, if issued, will be made available on the project website. Addenda will be provided by July 6, 2022 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. All work MUST be completed by March 1, 2023.
