Storage Building Rehabilitation

The Storage Building Rehabilitation Project located at the end of Commonwealth Drive. The project includes the demolition of the walls, roof and interior utilities of the structure; the existing concrete slab and steel structure shall remain. The Contractor shall supply and install a proposed insulated roof and wall panel system, including man and overhead doors. Utility service connections are to be re-used, however, replacement electric, lighting and HVAC is proposed. Various site improvements, including concrete sidewalk and driveway aprons.
