Eastern Alamance High School - Additions and Renovations

The Project consists of a one-story addition to the existing school which includes new administration offices, secure main entry, several science classrooms (with labs), several new classrooms and new dining room facilities adjacent to the existing dining area. Further, there will be renovations to the existing toilet rooms to provide a barrier free environment. New covered walkways are included and masonry security walls to enclose the entire campus. New structures will consist of steel frame and CMU walls with gypsum wallboard, masonry veneers, concrete slab floors w/VCT finishes, acoustical ceilings, low sloping metal roofs, metal deck roofs, single ply membrane roofing, aluminum canopies, steel frame canopies, storefront and window sash. There will also be refurbishing of the existing classroom facilities that includes paint, lighting and millwork. Exterior work includes grading, drives, parking areas, concrete curbs and gutters and storm drainage.
