High School Auditorium Theatrical Lighting Sound and Video System Replacement

To replacing the Auditorium Theatrical Lighting, Sound and Video System at Smithield High School, located at 90 Pleasant View Avenue, Smithield, RI 02917. Audio System A. Suspension and installation of hanging speakers using certified fly ware. B. Supply and installation ofall microphone/speaker/ line level audio cables. C. Construct and pre-wire equipment racks. D. Install input/output custom jack plates on stage right proscenium wall E. Provide all needed conduit for any exposed low voltage cabling as required by code. F. Fully program and adjust digital signal processors and wall mounted presentation controller for multi-use pre-sets. G. Provide high voltage electrical specifications and drawings for in-house electrician for audio system printed in D size prints. H. Remove and discard all old audio equipment offsite. J. Provide a fully functioning and operational sound system as described in the equipment listed. K. Any errors or emissions shall be the responsibility of the contractor. L. Provide a final "Working London architect design file" for the DSP processors. M. Obtain all needed electrical low voltage permits. N. Crestron programming for one touch audio presentation and production mode. Theatrical Lighting System A) removal and disposal of all existing lighting fixtures on house truss as well as on stage and removal and disposal of main dimmer console and related equipment housed in the cage on stage right. B) Installation of new lighting Fixtures. C) Installation of all DMX data cable and connectors. D) Programming of performance lighting console and presentation lighting controller. E) Provide high voltage electrical specifications and drawings for in-house electician for theatrical lighting system in D size prints. Video Projection System A) Removal and disposal of existing projection screen B) Installation of video projector and projection screen C) Installation of multi input video plates at mixer location and stage right proscenium wall. D) Crestron Programing for one-touch video presentation mode.
