Burnt Hickory Park Pickleball Courts The project is located at 8650 Cartersville Highway, Dallas, GA 30132. The scope consists of furnishing all labor and equipment necessary for the construction of pickleball courts and related appurtenances at Burnt Hickory Park. Project is inclusive of all grading and site work. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County Board of Commissioners. The Engineer for the project is: WK Dickson & Co., Inc. 2203 Charles Hardy Pkwy., Suite 300 Dallas, GA 30157 (770) 505-8115. The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: The project is located at 8650 Cartersville Highway, Dallas, GA 30132. The scope consists of furnishing all labor and equipment necessary for the construction of pickleball courts and related appurtenances at Burnt Hickory Park. Project is inclusive of all grading and site work. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. Bidding Documents are available for review and purchase by the prospective Bidders at WK Dickson & Co., Inc. at 2203 Charles Hardy Parkway, Suite 300, Dallas, GA 30157, Telephone Number (770) 505-8115. The time allowed for Completion is 150 days from the date of notice to proceed. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the OWNER in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract or, in lieu thereof, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or cash in equal amount. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement. Surety and insurance companies must have an A.M. Best rating of A-6 or greater, be listed in the Federal Registry of Companies holding Certificates of Authority and Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds, be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the State of Georgia. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. Bidders shall be or shall employ/engage a certified builder as certified by the American Sports Builders Association who will be present at the site regularly throughout the project to supervise and inspect all phases of the pickleball court construction project. The identity of the certified builder and documentation of their credentials will be provided with the bid documents. Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to the OWNER. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as, "Paulding County Board of Commissioners, Burnt Hickory Park Pickleball Courts - Bid Number 23003-2001". If bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of the OWNER at the address previously given. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
