Milling and Resurface Pavement

The milling and resurfacing of the Conference Center Parking lot and Mariner's Way is a two step process. 1- Milling and resurface of the existing Conference Center Parking lot consisting of approximately 10,802 sq. yards of surface and repair of damaged storm drains. Restripe Conference Center Parking lot. 2- Milling and resurface of existing street ( Mariners Way) consisting of approximately 4,597 sq. yards of surface and construct 18" curb and gutter of 3000 PSI concrete on both sides of street. On the east end of Mariners Way, the existing curb will be demolished and replaced with new curb and gutter. The radius at the intersection will be demolished and reconfigured with new curb and gutter. Four speed bumps to be located at crosswalks and a brick crosswalk from Pedestrian Mall to the conference Center. Restripe all pavement and crosswalk markings on Mariners Way.
