Holiday Lighting 2021 Downtown Bonita Springs Riverside Park and Surrounding Area

1. Provide detailed drawings and explanation of lighting plan, which will include placement of lights within trees, structures, and ground cover. 2. Describe past holiday lighting experience of comparable locations. 3. Indicate whether company has services of a licensed electrician who is in the Southwest Florida area and available at short notice for repairs or troubleshooting. 4. Cost of project: Pricing with (1) incandescent lights and (2) LED lights suggested but not required. 5. Provide any additional lighting necessary at the Downtown Bonita Springs Riverside Park and surrounding area. 6. Provide personnel to perform work in a timely and safe manner. 7. Provide all required lights, power distribution boxes, electrical cords, and necessary weather protection for equipment. 8. Install all equipment. 9. Conduct working tests to ensure electrical balance and integrated operation of equipment. 10. Be present for first night of operation (November 26th) at the three areas involved and for the duration of the city’s Holiday in the Park Event. (Date TBD) 11. Provide maintenance during duration of event. 12. Provide for timely removal of equipment.
