| Description | To be used for temporary flow monitoring of the District’s wastewater collection system. Qualified applicants will be required to demonstrate experience in the areas of flow and rainfall measurement, proper site selection, and data processing. Specifically this RFP solicits Proposals to isolate flows from sub-basin areas via flow monitors, collect data from meters, analyze flow metering data and produce a report that includes a prioritization of areas for the District to concentrate future efforts for improvement of the sanitary sewer system. |
