Ph21ph01h5 PIMC Elevator Modernization

The project will include the modernization of four (4) elevators in the main hospital building of PIMC. The elevators are 1979 Dover passenger elevators that serve six (6) floors at PIMC. The work includes the removal and disposal of elevator components not being used in the modernization, the supply and installation of new components, refurbishment of components, cab interior refurbishment, electrical work, preventative maintenance during construction and warranty period, minimum one year warranty, and all other work necessary to provide fully functional elevators in compliance with the latest Edition of ASME A17.1 Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators. The successful Contractor shall coordinate with PIMC’s access control vendor for access controls on designated elevators and PIMC’s fire alarm vendor for any required fire alarm initiating devices per NFPA 72 standards.
