Description

The project involves removing and replacing brick wall areas to install thru-wall flashing above the existing roof in select locations. Additional scope involves removing all aluminum frame windows and glass block windows and their lintels and replacing them with blast resistant aluminum storefront windows and galvanized steel lintels. There is an allowance for brick tuckpointing. The brick on the building will be washed and a sealer applied.
