All work for the following existing facilities: a. Heritage MS: All work for replacement of existing Cooler/Freezer unit. - 390 N Spring Rd Westerville, OH 43082 b. South HS: All work for replacement of existing Cooler/Freezer unit. - 303 S Otterbein Ave Westerville, OH 43081 Allowances in the base bid. $4,500 for Heritage MS base bid and $6000 for South HS Base Bid. Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Revised Code of Ohio on the forms included in the Project Manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid.
