Description

DESCRIPTION: Replacement of two separate existing culverts with two embedded aluminum pipe arch culverts on Mohawk Road, Enfield, ME. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total Bid price, which shall be in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or bank money order. Cash is not acceptable. The successful Contractor will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Liquidated damages will be withheld for failure to complete the work within the specified time Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
