Description

Removal of the (2) electric package units and replace with new gas fired package units. The 7-1/2-ton unit design is based on the carrier model 48HCRE08K3M6-2F2C0. The 28-ton unit is based on the carrier model 48HCRE28KCM6-2F2C0. 1. Remove the (2) existing electric roof mounted units. 2. Install metal curb adaptors. 3. Install new replacement units as specified with BACnet capability. 4. Extend and properly size metal gas piping to accommodate new units. Pipes shall be painted yellow and labeled) Valves shall be included. 5. All wiring, accessories and disconnects shall be replaced and included. 6. All low voltage wiring shall be in conduit. 7.
