| Description | This project has a Base Bid as well as three Additive Alternates. The Base Bid shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove approximately 200 LF of curb & gutter and 35 SY of concrete, remove and reset 60 LF of fence, provide preparation for 440 LF of curb & gutter, 420 SY of 4" sidewalk, 40 SY of 5" sidewalk, 60 SY of 7" sidewalk, install 1075 LF of pathway, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. The Additive Alternates add a combined additional removal of approximately 80 LF of curb & gutter and 60 SY of concrete, preparation for 80 LF of curb & gutter, 190 SY of 4" sidewalk, 60 SY of 7" sidewalk, installation of 2175 LF of pathway, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents.
