Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information The Liberty County School System wishes to announce that we are requesting bids for LCHS Track Lighting Wire Replacement, RFP#2023-23 by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. General Specifications/Scope of Work Specifications/Scope of Work for items/services to be purchased are detailed in the attached Specifications Sheet/Scope of Work "Attachment A" following Section III. When reference is made in the proposal specifications to manufacturer or brand name, such references are made solely to designate minimum acceptable levels of quality and do not indicate a preference. In the event a proposer is offering another manufacturer and/or model number other than stated in the specification, the proposer must provide complete technical information, specifications, manufacturer's name, model number and a complete list of deviations from stated specifications. The burden of proof for documenting equality rests with the proposer. All determinations of the acceptability of an equal or alternate material or equipment shall rest with the Board staff and their decision shall be final. Any obvious error or omission in specifications shall not inure to the benefit of the proposer but shall put the proposer on notice to inquire of or identify the same Question Deadline 03/08/2023 at 4:00 PM ET
