Location: South Wing-Venus Building -100 East Ridge Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877. Scope: Partial demolition and alterations of existing building to be converted into office space per plan with new bathrooms and elevator. 1. New work, rehab or restoration, additions and remodel. 2. 23 office spaces, three conference rooms, 7 ADA bathrooms, new entry addition. 3. Approximate total net interior renovation space 16,500 sf between three floors. 4. Construction type 3B with mixed use Assembly and Business. 5. New elevator and entry staircase for three floors. 6. Partial renovation of existing HVAC, new mechanical and electrical work with existing service distribution to remain.
