Description

DCAMM Certificate Without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor and material to renovate the first floor of the Lawrence Housing Authority Offices located at the 353 Elm Street MA 10-7 Elderly Housing Development. The Work consists of demolition, asbestos abatement, patching, new gypsum walls, new doors and hardware, new finishes (vinyl floor tile, acoustical tile ceilings & painting), modifications to fire protection system, building HVAC, and electrical systems. Only the project areas will be vacated during construction. The remainder of the building will be occupied.
