| Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the disposition of land and improvements of property for both the City of Newport News and the Economic Development Authority of the City of Newport News (EDA). Questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before, Wednesday, December 7, 2022 by 1:00 pm.
