Asphalt Pavement Preservation, Resurfacing, and Reconstruction at Various Locations

The contract includes pavement preservation, resurfacing, and/or reconstruction at various locations on the island of Oahu on an as-needed basis. The estimated cost of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General prior to the award of contract.
