RFQ Professional Services 2022-2023

Stark County Park District is currently accepting general statements of qualifications for consultant and professional services on contracts less than $50,000.00. Specific projects will be identified throughout the 2022-2023 calendar years. Professional services include, but are not limited to, general architecture, engineering planning and design for building construction, renovation and demolition, bridge and structural inspections and repairs, landscape architecture and site design, appraisal and surveying services, hydrological studies and design, feasibility studies, plan reviews, geotechnical and soil boring services, archaeological and cultural studies, general environmental services and funding research and application assistance. Statements of qualifications are to include a description of firm history, number of years in business, the firm s background and experience, qualifications of principals and key staff, firm s proximity to client, a minimum of three (3) references and a general statement identifying the firms track record in controlling costs, meeting deadlines and utilizing best management practices and any additional information and comments you believe to be pertinent. Firms can submit for services that they offer in-house as well as any future partnerships that they would propose for future related project specific proposals.
