Seneca High School Cooling Upgrades 2022

This project includes: The replacement of the existing 1998 central cooling plant (chiller, pumps, piping, etc.). A. Work under this Contract includes: 1. Building Enclosure a. Roofing patching at the area of the new chiller installation b. Demolition of existing support rails and installation of new rails c. Form new openings in existing roof deck d. Reinforcing of existing structure 2. Mechanical Systems a. Replacement of 1998 central cooling plant b. Replacement of pumps and re-working of piping as required for installation of cooling system c. Connection of new equipment to existing BAS system 3. Electrical Systems a. Wiring for new chiller and support equipment 4. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
