Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Freeport, New York. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade office development; and parking garage. The square footage of the project has not been announced. As of July 7, 2022, this project is under review with Nassau County for an adjusted scope of work. Moving forward, final approvals and permits will be required from the Town of Freeport. Information regarding either an architect or general contractor has not been disclosed.
