Union Chapel Road Streetscape - Phase 1

The Project consists of Phase 1demolition and construction of approximately 315 linear feet of new brick sidewalks, 110 linear feet of new concrete sidewalk, and adjacent curb and gutter and drainage improvements in the downtown along Union Chapel Road and Second Street, generally along the east side Third Street to Second Street, and along the south side of Second Street from Union Chapel Road to an alley located approximately 120 linear feet east of Union Chapel Road in Pembroke, NC. The project also includes removal / demolition and replacement of storm drainage systems within the limits of the Phase 1 project area, burial of minor overhead electrical, and installation of new pedestrian lights, power outlets, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and landscaping.
