Construction of Century High School 2022 West Parking Lot Improvements

As of August 24, 2022, project was awarded to Swenson, Hagen & Co., awarded amount is $1,151,082.50. The Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of addenda on both the outside of the envelope and on the appropriate blanks on the proposal documents. No Bid Bond will be required. The project scope of work includes concrete and curb and gutter removal and replacement, asphalt/concrete pulverizing and blending, cement stabilized subgrade, asphalt paving, and parking lot striping. Each bid shall be submitted in duplicated copy and enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope upon which there is disclosed the necessary information as required by the Bid Documents. Please mark Century High School 2022 West Parking Lot Improvements Project on the envelope. Contractor may start work once contracts are completed, and the project is to be fully completed by August 12, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of Thirty (30) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof and to waive irregularities, and the Owner shall incur no legal liability for the payment of any monies until the contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities.
