| Description | The Work included in this project shall consist of the removal of the existing roof and insulation to the existing deck at the portions of the roof indicated, replace a portion of existing deck, remove rust and apply epoxy coating to a portion of existing deck, provide new insulation tapered and/or non-tapered, roof membrane and accessories, flashing for all roof penetrations, curbs, and parapets, and associated improvements as required to provide a complete roof installation, and the removal of corrugated metal siding on the north and south walls of an upper roof area, replacing it with insulated metal panels. |
