USDA Office Remodeling at Winnebago County Coughlin Center

Add Conference Room and IT Room with new walls and doors; remove doors and frames in existing corridor; infill wall opening where items removed; add door and frame into existing wall; new suspended ceiling; new suspended ceiling patched into existing; new security door hardware; new split HVAC unit for IT Room; new switches and relocated devices and all other items not mentioned but show in drawings and specifications. Bids received after the above hour and date, will be returned unopened to the bidder. All bids must be sealed in an envelope with the bidder's name and address. The appropriate bid number, RFB# MA10-22 must be printed in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. Winnebago County is not liable for any costs incurred in replying to this request. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid(s) considered most advantageous to Winnebago County.
