Architectural and Engineering Design Services - Replace HVAC Mitchell Armory

Providing professional Architectural and Engineering design services for the 466472 – Replace HVAC – Mitchell Armory project located at 5501 Airport Road, Mitchell, South Dakota 57301. This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services to perform investigative load assessment. Sustainment scope to include: replacing rooftop units 4, 5, 6, and 7; add rooftop units 1, 2, and 3; replace air handlers 1 and 2; replace pumps, replace 2 boilers, replace controller, replace distribution panel, replace diffusers & pressure sensors; install new gas and electrical supply; perform testing and balancing. Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase.
