Rancho High School JROTC - HVAC Upgrade

The work consists of removing existing water-cooled chiller, cooling tower, boiler, pumps, and all related piping. Remove existing control system and exhaust fans. Provide new air-cooled chiller (owner furnished, contractor installed), new boiler, pumps, and all related piping. Provide new control system and exhaust fans. Provide duct and air handler cleaning. Provide flushing and chemical treatment for hydronic piping. Remove existing gas water heater, storage tank, circulating pumps, and related piping for domestic water system. Provide new electric water heaters. Provide new eyewash station. Late arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a Prime Contractor.
