Description

Project Number- A22111.02, 2158 Buckley Readiness Center Room Conversion Estimated Bid Cost Range: $556,896 - $622,780 The Work includes the alterations to approximately 2,600 square feet of the existing 27,092 structure. The interior space was originally designed as a men's locker room and is relatively unfinished. The project will subdivide the space into six (6) new 'Team Rooms'. The work includes: 1. Limited CMU masonry and existing gas furnace demolition. 2. Construct new interior walls and install new hollow metal doors. 3. Fur and finish selected existing CMU walls. 4. Close off two (2) exterior doors. 5. Prepare existing concrete floor and finish with VCT. 6. Install new suspended lay-in tile ceiling 7. Install new electrical, telecom, and audio-visual improvements. 8. Install new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC systems. 9. Alterations to the existing automatic fire sprinkler system and fire alarm and detection system as required by the work. Alterations/extension to the existing fire protection systems is a deferred submittal and design is delegated to the bidder. To perform work on Camp Murray. The Bidder, if successful, and all associated subcontractor's employees, if any, shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation Provost Marshal Office. The successful Bidder's workforce must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), The National Guard Bureau (NGB) and/or local policy.
