F--Provide Landscaping Services - Tree Thinning.

1. Contractor shall conduct a thorough site clean-up (in the maintained landscape areas) to include removal of all wood, limbs, and rakings. This includes grinding of stumps no more than 6” inches below surface. Maintained Landscapes include the Visitor Center area and Dunlap Field. Approximately 8 Trees. Highlighted in Blue Font on the map. 2. Contractor shall take all removed material from the mentioned above maintained landscapes off site to be properly disposed of. No Dumping on Site. 3. Contractor shall fall trees along the trails within 75 ft of the trails designated on the map provided. Contractor shall cut the trees close to the ground surface as possible. Debris shall be cleaned up within 35 ft of the trail. If debris falls outside of the 35 feet the debris can remain. No pushing up or piling of debris with heavy equipment is allowed. The debris can be hauled with necessary equipment. All trees along Roads - no debris is necessary to be cleaned up unless debris gets on the shoulders of road or road surface. Approximately 46 trees.
