Description

This project will include the construction of a new 57 space parking lot, located south of Maple Avenue, west of Madison Street and east of Perry Street, and milling and resurfacing of an existing parking lot west of the existing La Porte County Public Library. The project includes earthwork, removal of existing vegetation, new storm sewer inlets and piping, concrete curb, sidewalks, HMA pavement, milling and resurfacing, parking lot lighting, electrical work, irrigation, and landscaping.
