Umatilla Marina & RV Park Improvements - Design Phase - City of Umatilla

Design of an all new state-of-the-art marina. The new marina will include covered single-berth slips, uncovered single-berth slips, aluminum or steel framed docks, engineered decking or concrete, encapsulated floats, well-spaced navigable fairways, electrical hookups at each slip, high speed internet, and other features and amenities. Fiscal Year: 2022-2023 As of May 8, 2023, a design team has not been identified. A construction timeline has not been established yet. Though estimated the permitting process can take several months to a year. It will take a minimum of three years (most likely 4-5) for construction starting. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
