Vehicle Maintenance Building

Project consists of a 4-bay CMU building for Public Works Streets Department. Work includes a steel storage mezzanine, vehicle wash bay with catwalk structure and washing equipment, owner provided vehicle lift, trench drains, restroom, and high lift overhead doors. Building will not be sprinklered. The Scope of Work consists of constructing a 4-Bay CMU Vehicle Maintenance Building for the City of Des Peres Public Works Streets Department. Vehicle Maintenance Building includes, but not limited to, a steel storage mezzanine, vehicle wash bay with catwalk structure and washing equipment, owner provided vehicle lift, trench drains, restroom, and high lift overhead doors. Vehicle Maintenance Building is not sprinklered. A code compliant fire alarm system is required. Site work includes, but not limited to, new underground utilities, stormwater management features, asphalt paving, modular block retaining walls, and landscaping. Project scope also includes the renovation of the existing administration building kitchen/breakroom and flooring, repair of the existing finishes and roof, and structural repairs to the existing garage and outside storage shed structure.
