| Description | 1. Remove audio-visual equipment currently installed in room 209 consisting of: projector, projector screen, (12) ceiling speakers, power amplifier (2RU), DVD/VCR combo, and Extron controller and associated cables. Removed equipment will be turned over to designated individual at location. 2. Install a Crestron Digital Media presentation system. 3. Install a new WUXGA 6000 lumen projector. 4. Install a new 113” projection screen. 5. Install a new Crestron 5” touch panel on the wall next to the projection screen. 6. Install a HDMI/VGA w/ Audio wall plate transmitter for laptop content sharing. 7. Install twelve (12) new Crestron ceiling mounted speakers. 8. Re-wire and re-terminate, as necessary, all low voltage wiring so that all wiring runs directly from the equipment rack to the devices in the podiums (i.e. cable disconnect plates in the floor boxes will be removed). 9. Work with on-site VA IT staff to configure and test outbound video and audio calling to ensure basic operation BEFORE leaving the installation site. |
