| Description | Demolition of the structures located a 30, 32, and 34 Birch Way. The scope of work will include complete removal of the structures including foundations, footers, and floor, building contents, trees, vegetation, removal of parking pads/platforms, retaining walls, on lot concrete walkway, steps, removal and disposal of everything on the property, and disconnection of and capping of utilities. Property shall be seeded and mulched upon completion of demolition.All biodegradable and combustible materials generated from the demolition shall be removed and disposed of at an approved offsite facility. Clean fill shall be used for the backfill of the building foundation to grade the property to a consistent grade that blends with the surrounding ground.
