Work Item 1 B-1: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required All work items must be approved by the COR prior to work. Provide square foot cost for removal and replacement of wood deck sheathing if water damage is encountered and/or any roof deck sheathing that has floating ends. All edges of wood deck sheathing shall be supported by rafters or truss. New wood deck sheathing shall match thickness of existing deck sheathing. Price shall be based on an estimated quantity of 32 square feet (SF). Work Item 2 B-2: Provide linear foot cost for the removal of any damaged or missing fascia. Price shall be based on an estimated quantity of 12 linear ft. Pricing should reflect existing color, style, and fasteners. |
