Description

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to: repair loss of communications with control system bus wiring, repair leaking refrigerant piping, install new BAS computer, thermostat interface, JACE and upgrade Niagara programing. The contractor shall field verify all specifications, dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material.
