| Description | The U.S. Department of Labor has a requirement for a qualified firm to provide all construction services required for the removal and replacement of the existing built-up roof over the Education / Vocation / Day Care, Building B, totaling approximately 19,602 square feet. The built-up roof system has reached the end of its useful life and replacement is necessary. The existing roofing system is comprised of built-up roofing in the low slope areas and metal roofing over the barrel vault sections, but this scope of work is not intended to make repairs to the metal roofing over the barrel vault sections, which are being addressed separately. This work does not include replacement or work on the patina green metal roofing and the metal roof guttering and downspout systems. | ||
