Building Work

This project includes construction of a pre-engineered, metal framed building with a floor of decomposed granite to be a future wash rack, brine tank and leach field. The metal building will have rigid frames founded on 5?x 5? spread footings, with a perimeter strip footing for metal wall siding attachment. The project includes constructing 2 reinforced concrete slabs to support 2 new brine tanks. The anticipated maximum service load bearing pressure for the footings is 2500 pounds per square foot. All elevations referenced within this report are based on the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (NGVD 29), unless otherwise noted. The proposed future septic system is not included in this FR.
