License Requirements 18. A C-33 or B contractors license is required. The Bidder shall certify within their quote that they are licensed by the State of California as a contractor, that the license is now in force and provide the number, class and renewal date Project Duration 30 business days Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day Exterior Painting: Painting of exterior of building including all stucco and all iron attached to the building, lamp posts, patio covers with metal frames and fiberglass adornments will be required. Exterior Painting: Painting of exterior of building including all stucco and all iron attached to the building, lamp posts, patio covers with metal frames and fiberglass adornments will be required for all outlined in Exhibit A of this IFIB. The scope of work includes the following specifications: 1. Exclusions. No aluminum framed doors and windows. 2. Entire building will be pressure washed and cleaned. 3. All stucco will be repaired with stucco patch. 4. All metal will be scraped, sanded, wire brushed prior to primer and metal specific paint. 5. All raw metal will be spot primed with a rust inhibiting primer. 6. All surfaces to be painted will be properly prepped and coated. 7. Paint material will be a high-quality commercial grade brand name. (Specify brand name and material in bid quote). 8. Metal surfaces will be coated with high quality metal paint product 9. Contractor is required to perform site inspections, take their own measurements, and verify all site conditions. 10. Contractor is including boom lift or scissor lift rental if needed 11. Floor coating. 3 stairways will be recoated with anti-slip resistant paint. 12. Wrought Iron. All of the wrought iron fencing around the exterior of the property will be painted 13. All metal will be scraped, sanded, wire brushed prior to primer and metal specific paint. 14. All raw metal will be spot primed with rust inhibiting primer. 15. Paint will consist of 2 colors. 1 color for the stucco and 1 color for the wrought iron, lamp posts, patio covers, fiberglass adornments and stairs. Color will be colormatched by the contractor and agreed upon by the City and contractor
