Debris Removal (Litter, Trash, etc) from Waterways and Shoreline Areas

To remove debris (litter, trash, and woody matter) from waterways, riparian, bulkheaded and riprap sections of shoreline, and mudflat areas within the Baltimore Harbor. e services shall include loading all Debris into waste collection containers and transporting the containers to the final disposal site located at 1801 Annapolis Road, Baltimore, MD 21230. If this location is unavailable, the Contractor will work with the City to determine an alternate disposal location, such as the Quarantine Road Landfill located at 6100 Quarantine Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The Contractor will provide pricing for the optional service of transporting wood debris to a compost or muching site for disposal; pricing should include any tipping fees or costs of disposal.
