Description

Within a given year, multiple utilities are performing work within the Right of Way. It is the City’s intent to have a Construction Observer onsite for projects are estimated to be $20,000 or longer than two (2) weeks. However, the City cannot guarantee a minimum or maximum number of hours in a given year. This will be dependent on work that is occurring in the Right of Way. As such, the contract will be based on individual task orders in 2021. The contract will be renewed in 2022 and 2023 at the City’s discretion.
