Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. Highland Park is one of our busiest park and host several Soccer Leagues during the summer months, It is not uncommon to see several hundred people using the soccer field is over 10 years old and is in very poor condition, additionally others are other items that should be improved around the soccer field This project is included city's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of July 18, 2022, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
