Window Restoration, Georgetown Town Hall - GC

For the Window Restoration, Georgetown Town Hall in Georgetown, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by SPENCER PRESERVATION GROUP. The Project consists of but not limited to: Project consists of repairing and restoring all wood windows at the Town Office building. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to office@spencerpreservationgroup.com by NULL for filed sub-bids and by 12/19/2022 at 12:00PM EST for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the TOWN OF GEORGETOWN. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available for review at portal (may be viewed and downloaded electronically at no cost).
