| Description | Western Springs Main Park, 12600 South 4701 West, Re-stain and Paint three pavilions. Re-stain the beams and the lounge and groove ceiling. The pad the pavilion is on is 50' x 45'. There is approximately 2,500 square foot of ceiling and 7 beams. Remove the, finish, lacquer, varnish, or anything that will prevent new stain from absorbing into the wood. Sand the surface, stain with the same color, apply a clear, weather proof, clear coat. |
