Description

The Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District seeks proposals for HVAC and ventilation improvements to the District’s office. The firm selected for this position will work with the District Manager to complete improvements. The Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District is soliciting proposals from interestedfirms to complete work outlined in the attached plan set to update HVAC and improve office ventilation, including but not limited to: 1. EF-1 2. OSA piping 3. OSA dampers 4. Gas detection system 5. Saw cutting 6. Louver 7. Dampers 8. Electrical work as it applies to HVAC scope 9. Owner training 10. Sheetmetal duct (galvanized) 11.
