Liebherr Plant 1 Annex Addition

The project consists of partial demolition of the existing Plant 1 facility, construction of an addition to the existing Plant 1 facility, concrete piles, earthwork, and site improvements. The expectation for working on this project is to use Liebherr equipment whenever possible. Please provide a list of Non-Liebherr equipment where not possible. All Non-Liebherr equipment subject to approval by Owner. Project Value: $24,000,000 Square Footage: 81,000 GSF Mandatory Site Visit Scheduled for June 16,2023 at 2:00PM has been cancelled.
