New TEP Building and Central Office Renovation

Package # 3 will consist of the following scopes of work: Masonry, Misc./Ornamental Metals, Divisions 7-12, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing (excluding make-safe & site underground) and Division 32. Construction of a new 45,000 SF educational facility. The facility will house numerous classrooms, an admin area, a cafeteria, a small gym, an all associated auxiliary spaces. The existing building and parking lot will be demolished. The site will have new parking, bus loop, canopy, playground, and detention pond. Plus, all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and site utilizes required. Interior Renovation of a large portion of the central office e to reorganize the KISD Administration. The areas affected are largely office areas with associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm work associated.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
